Shipping & FAQs

All orders are lovingly handcrafted, so please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made . If you require your order for a certain date please contact us before placing your order. We aim to provide a fully personalized experience but cannot always make contact regarding the finer details of every item otherwise we would run out of time to make and deliver your order! – There may be slight variations in your end product as compared to the display images as every piece is individually designed and created.

Flat rate of $10 for nation-wide shipping of items up to 30cm, $20 for pieces 40cm and over. Items will be sent by tracked Australia Post or courier depending on item and time your order is placed. Alternatively orders can be picked up from Henley Beach South, SA by arrangement. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

If you would like to rush your order, contact us before checking out to enquire about availability, there may be a small fee to place your request at the front of the queue but every effort will be made to accommodate your order.


We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand,  if you are outside of these countries and want to purchase please contact us.
